Pink Spaghetti Launches New Franchise Training Programme

During lockdown, Pink Spaghetti recruited 11 new franchisees, 7 of whom completed the final phase of their training at our head office in Cheshire.

Faced with only the option to train virtually during the spring, the team decided to use this opportunity to review their current programme and look at new ways to deliver it. The training team worked hard over the summer to create a new, innovative franchise training course which combines a blend of virtual home learning with face to face training. the final phase of this was delivered at the beginning of September.

Caroline Gowing, said:

“We are really pleased with the new structure of our training programme. We use a mix of technology and traditional teaching methods to deliver flexible, remote learning which allows many of our new franchisees in the early days to combine existing commitments with the training. We would never want to lose the face to face side of our training and it was really lovely to really get to know everyone when they came to our head office this month. This approach has worked so well that we will be rolling this out to all new franchisees.”

Our latest franchisees started their initial remote learning this month too and we look forward to welcoming them to head office for the final phase next month.
