Finalists announced in 2016 Best Franchise Awards

Research experts Smith & Henderson have today announced the finalists in the 2016 Best Franchise Awards sponsored for the third consecutive year by the Royal Bank of Scotland.

What makes these awards unique is that they are based on feedback from thousands of actual franchisees. To be considered as a finalist, the company must previously have taken part in the Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark survey; in the survey, franchisees are asked to anonymously score the franchisor on qualities such as initial training, ongoing support, relationship with their franchisor and whether they would recommend their franchise to a prospective franchisee

All the finalists have received outstanding feedback from their franchisees, who completed our independent and confidential Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark survey, which uniquely identifies the franchises that live up to their franchisee’s expectations. He continued, ‘The finals of the Best Franchise Awards are held during our annual Best Franchise Conference, a full day of learning and networking for top franchisors from across the UK. This year we have a full programme of speakers including a presentation from Facebook giving delegates a chance to hear about the future of digital marketing from the experts themselves. Also on the agenda is, ‘High Performance Decision Making’ by BFA Female Franchisee of the Year 2015 Finalist, Shweta Jhajharia, from ActionCOACH, ‘Motivating Established Franchisees’ by Nigel Dawson, National Franchising Manager, from Dyno, ‘Dream, Believe, Achieve’ by Sarah Cressall, founder of The Creation Station, and ‘Looking At the Impact Of Social Media On Recruitment’ by Coconut Creatives, plus presentations by Carl Reader from franchise specialists D&T accountants and Chris Roberts from Franchise Finance.’

The finalists of the 2016 Best Franchise Awards will be announced during the Best Franchise Conference to be held in Milton Keynes on Thursday 30th November 2016.
