An increasing work-load has prompted bfa affiliated franchise solicitors Owen White to appoint a new solicitor to join their highly-respected franchise team.
Harpal Jutley, who has spent the last two years training with the Slough-based franchise solicitors, impressed the team with his professionalism and attitude and was offered a permanent position at the end of his training. He will be handling franchise re-sales as well as assisting on large transactional work for franchisors.
Harpal graduated from City University, London, completed the Legal Practice Course at The College of Law and joined Owen White as a trainee solicitor in 2013, qualifying in September 2015
Owen White is a leading franchise specialist in the UK with over 30 years’ experience of providing legal advice to both franchisors and franchisees. They were the first legal adviser to the British Franchise Association in 1977, advised the founder members and drafted the Association’s constitution. Head of the department, Jane Masih, is a bfa legal affiliate board member.
