Bio-Rite Builds Relationships at IPS on Behalf of Franchisees

Leading infection control company, Bio-Rite, last month, exhibited at the Infection Prevention Society (IPS) conference at Imperial College, London.

“The aim of the IPS is to inform promote and sustain expert infection prevention policy and practice in the pursuit of patient or service user and staff safety wherever care is delivered,” confirms Alan Wright, managing director, Bio-Rite. “With this objective in mind, the society runs a series of regional educational conferences and seminars throughout the year.

“Bio-Rite attended the recent London event in-order to build and extend relationships with delegates in the industry who are responsible for infection control,” continues Wright. “We already know many of the NHS managers that attend the IPS events regularly and so this conference enabled us to introduce Bio-Rite as a franchise for the first time and discuss the fact that we are now able to offer our tailored services nationwide.

“As a group, Bio-Rite has 40 years’ experience in decontamination and infection prevention procedures and services and has recently launched as a franchise,” explains Wright. “This is an exciting development as it means we can offer our expertise and outsourced decontamination services to the NHS, Local Authorities, care and nursing homes throughout the UK, which we hope will make a significant impact on reducing infection within institutions where patients are most vulnerable.”

Bio-Rite is a British Franchise Association (bfa) Provisional Member and is currently recruiting franchisees to offer its leading healthcare infection control services.
